hi y'all
I am looking to get a new mac tower for vjing, but I
seem to recall that QC needs an AGP video card to run?
The new dual-core macs use PCI-express, will QC run?
if so which video card would give the best performace?
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 with 256MB of GDDR SDRAM,
NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT with 256MB of GDDR3 SDRAM,
NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500 with 512MB of GDDR3 SDRAM,
or is there another card ???
or would the older 2.7 GHz dual with AGP video card be
a better choice?
has any benchmarking been done with QC & various video
cards???
