random on trigger

hello everyone,
sorry to bother again with random numbers, but i just cant get it working:

i have an animation, which is running 15sek.
each time the duration is finished i start my stopwatch to trigger a new cycle.
the stopwatch is couting seconds until it gets the new trigger for counting.

how can i send a trigger to the random function
so that each time the animation cycle restarts i receive ONE random number (not a flow of random numbers).

actually, all i want is that each time a new cycle starts the background animations are enabled or disabled randomly....


any tips?

i think in pixelshox there was a trigger..
maybe i am just stupid and dont understand the concept of the stopwatch ?
