Quicktime and Quartz composer

Hi All

As a newbie, please excuse this question if it is a bit basic.

What is needed in Quicktime to view an exported Composer file. I am try to show a colleague in another location what I have been doing. They have QT 7. 0.4 (Pro) and are running OS 10.3 but are unable to see the movie as intended (or at least as I can - QT pro _ 10.4.4) - they get a white panel... am I missing something?

Any help appreciated thanks
