I noticed the same change as well - I cannot recall the details of the fonts that changed... But will send the composition along when I get back from the office.

We haven't observed anything like that happening in our compatibility
tests. Do you have a test composition that uses a Image With String
patch and renders different in 10.4.3 versus 10.4.4 you could send us?
