I would love to have an image become a ticker--that is, it scrolls
from left to right, then off the screen and then it appears to come
back in--very similar to the stock tickers you see on TV news
channels. I can't seem to get it to start redrawing on the left
once it leaves the right edge of the screen---I figured you would
need to have 2 copies of the image on the screen at 2 different
times, but it just doesn't perform the desired effect.
Check out the QCTV sample code from http://developer.apple.com - it
contains a composition that does that
