That would be neat, but sorry no, the iPhone does not play QC files or QC embeds directly.


You would need to convert the file into a fully stand-alone quicktime movie. From QC, export the composition to quicktime and use the 'export' function in QuickTime Player Pro to re-encode it to a new stand-alone movie file. Then load that into itunes & sync, or embed in a webpage.


But it sounds like it WILL play QC compositions, but only if embedded in a .mov? I know that's not quite as cool as pure embedding, but it's still pretty cool! It also means that it's a pretty short step from them to full QC embedding...
