The plugin has to be written for Intel though.

Links to ClockScew don't contain any Quartz info, so here is an article

Though, if they don't add this in Leopard -- I'll be surprised. But it seems
that only Premium Developers would know since these discussions are
embargoed for now.

The trick is to compile it as a custom plugin (which must be enabled in
Quartz Composer). It may be a little fragile -- I haven't used it myself,
but it should be possible as quartz has the old teapot in 3D available.
