I'm trying to create a strip of text characters using an Iterator
patch to render each individual character, and some basic maths to
position the characters next to each other. However, I keep hitting
an odd problem.
I've attached the QTZ file below, but the gist of the issue is this:
I don't seem to be able to make the strip more than 10 characters
long. I can tell the Iterator is running more than 10 times, but only
10 characters are actually ever rendered. Can anyone tell me if this
is a limitation of Quartz Composer, or if I'm missing something
really obvious...
I'd be really grateful if someone could have a look at my QC file and
let me know where I might be going wrong.
I'm currently working on an OS 10.4.10 machine, but the problem
appears to be the same under Leopard too.
On an unrelated issue, I'm finding my messages take a very long time
to appear on the list. I posted a message to the list yesterday,
which I have yet to receive. I wonder if this is a problem other list
members are experiencing.
