(1) create a new nib in IB 3.0 (build 629 Leopard Release),
(2) add a QCView to a window,
(3) load a test composition with a sprite in a trackball, QCView >
View Attributes > composition > load
(4) click QCView > View Attributes > forward all events
(5) test the interface in IBCocoaSimulator
the composition does not receive mouse / drag events.
Nibs and projects created in IB on Tiger seems to retain the settings
and forward events to the QC View.
I've tried making the QCView first responder.
