There's indeed a bug in the GLSL patch regarding RECT textures
support, you're gonna have to use 2D textures for now

However, it seems to 'mostly' work.
Attached is a modified GLSLShader patch with video input (ive used
the default shader included when instantiating GLSLShader, but
changed references of sampler2D to sampler2DRect, and same for
texture.)
