Video Input Device Options no switch NTSC to PAL?

hi,

With QC3, the setting inspector of Video Input change. Before we can choose " Show video setting" and edit all parameters of our video input device.
Today i can't find a way to switch standar into PAL and setting others parameters too ( quality, frame, compressor...) there's only a video Device list, but no more.

If somebody know a way to setting full a video input device, it's super ;)
