Please find attached a commented leopard patch. Similar approach to
the others for Tiger - externalise the timebase -> use a 'toggle'
switch to start / stop a stopwatch driving the timebase of the movie.
In Leopard, if you set the movie to 'asyncronous mode' (allowing sound
playback) - the movie is de-coupled from the QC time bases, and you
have to use the movie position data (in a loop) with a 'sample and
hold'. I found if you set the loop duration to a very small number - .
001 - it effectively pauses the movie.
You'll need to change the movie paths to your own local movies.
