The GLSL patch only supports single-pass shaders currently.

An experiment to try (if the 2nd+ passes are all fragment ops) would be to break down your shader by pass, put the GLSL shader patch into a Render in Image patch for the first pass, and feed that texture to another GLSL patch for the 2nd pass, and so on.

A feature request to support multi-pass shaders would be completely reasonable.
