I've been doing some work with the Structure Sort patch lately, and I believe that it has some kind of memory leak.

Can someone else watch memory usage while it's running to see if this is indeed the case?

I've tested it on a MacBook and a 15" MacBook Pro, both running 10.5.2.

It takes a while for it to be apparent (30 seconds - 1 minute at least). It runs very slowly because of the large number of iterations taking place, this is expected.
Attaching either the JavaScript output or the String Components patch seem to cause this, though the String Components version appears to leak much more slowly.
