Re: iTunes Music Visualizer Track Signal

Quartz Composer has a "Watcher" patch. It will take in a value and whenever it changes outputs a single frame of "true".

I'm having some issues with the track signal in an iTunes music visualizer. While testing in QC the track signal seems to become true for about half a second or more and sometimes even flickers on and off at the change of the track. I would like to get the signal to be true for a very short period of time. A few frames would be fine, as I'm using it as a sampling signal for a sample and hold. Is there a way to do this? I've searched and toyed with it for a few days now and am up against a wall.

Thanks so much for any thoughts anyone might have. I thoroughly enjoy this resource. _______________________________________________
