Subject: problems with qc freeframe host
Hello,
Is there anyone on here who can answer questions about the qc
freeframe host that's included in the examples with leopard
developer tools?
has it been updated in any xcode updates or is the version that
came with leopard gold master it?
we have just ported some freeframes from windows to mac, and they
work inside modul8 and isadora but they do not appear in the list
in the freeframe host plugin. I get the following error in the
console.
24/04/2008 13:29:58 Quartz Composer[157] Failed registering
FreeFrame plug-in at path "/Library/Graphics/FreeFrame Plug-Ins/
EdgeEnhance.frf"
24/04/2008 13:29:58 Quartz Composer[157] Failed registering
FreeFrame plug-in at path "/Library/Graphics/FreeFrame Plug-Ins/
Rebelle.frf"
I've installed petes plugins as well and they show up inside the
freeframe host.
anyone can shed any more light on what specifically might be
causing the above error and what we can change to fix it?
more questions:
does the ff qc host include the ability to apply freeframes with
more than one input image? it doesn't look like it, we tried
loading pete's "mixer" plugin and only one image input appears.
the Freeframe 1.5 (freeframe gl) spec has just been finalised and
published on the web. (see www.freeframe.org) Is anyone
interested / already working on a freeframe 1.5 host for quartz
composer?
thanks
