Movie Loader and movie pixel aspect ratio bug?

Hello.

In getting a bug report for my alternate movie player I noticed that the default Movie Loader does not handle pixel aspect ratios correctly, and seems to only output raw encoded pixel sizes.

for example, if I create a DVCProHD 1080 movie within Final Cut Pro, its encoded raw pixels are 1280x1080, but the output image size should display at 1920x1080. Playing the movie back in QC using the default movie loader results in an output image of 1280x1080, not the expected 1920x1080 image.

Can anyone else reproduce?
