Does this "flatten" the movie (i.e. if the movie has references to other
files, are they resolved and does the movie resource created contains
all the data needed ?)
I don't want my document to need any extra files.

It may mean that the app has to create the resource fork. I hope that
AddMovieResource works on any file with a resource fork (I'll try).
