QuickTime and Cocoa (OS X)

Ok, I have started using Cocoa and want to do some QuickTime stuff with it.
This is where the problems start.

QuickTime requires the use of GWorlds EVERYWHERE.
Cocoa has no clue as to what these are.

Any ideas how to get these two to work together?

We need an NSGWorldImageRep for one thing. Why isn't this there already? Maybe its undocumented?
We should at LEAST have a conversion from NSImage to GWorld and back again - inefficient tho.
