Multiple EnterMovies & InitializeQTML

Hi,

I'd like to ask whether it is OK to call EnterMovies and InitializeQTML during plug-in's initialization and call ExitMovies and TerminateQTML during the termination. Are those calls refcounted? Can QuickTime be safe used after I call the exit function if someone else called their init counterparts before me?
