before including the Windows header helped

also needed to comment out some Mac specific code to avoid linking to Mac functions

Not very good examples to get QuickTime code to run under Windows

After finally getting the build OK the example crashes, sigh...

I'm used to both Windows and Mac programming so I guess I will find out how to get it working sooner or later
