Can anyone confirm or inform me when I should give data back to the
Seq Grabber?
I'm currently using WackedTV to bring up a new video channel,
pointing at my vdig (I just bring up two - the first one being the
iSight - which it chooses by default, the second one being my vdig,
again, which it seems to magically choose by default) and then using
the build in settings dialog to see a very small preview.
What Im getting at here, is that I'm not doing full on recording yet.
Just showing the settings dialog and trying to work out how preview
images/frames are supposed to make their way from the vdig, to the
sequence grabber.
I've been tracing calls through my dispatcher, and it seems to be
calling SetPlayThruDestination followed by SetPlayThruOnOff (with
flags set to on, then back to off). That would *seem* to imply that
I should therefore be populating the PixMap given to me in
SetPlayThruDestination or SetPlayThruOnOff, so that the preview/
settings window can get a frame to display.
Am I right?
Or completely wrong?
