Hi,
I have written a derived media handler. I've noticed that when
MediaPreroll is called, the time that it receives is always much less
than the time that MediaIdle receives shortly after. For example,
MediaPreroll gets a time of 5084 while MediaIdle gets 8475 shortly
after (these times are in milleseconds as my media handler expects media
defined with a timescale of 1000). Does anybody know why this is?
