the requestedTime parameter is important because [it] can do multi-
pass encoding.
Therefore, it may request the same frames over and over again.
Typically, I suppose it would ask for the frames in sequence all over
again, but personally I wouldn't assume that. You should be
prepared to
serve up any frame at any time.
now that is utterly fascinating. i've spent a very long time
studying this whole export from procedures thing and did not find
this enlightenment anywhere.
Can you also perhaps elucidate on these parameters:
paramsP->descSeed
paramsP->sampleFlags
??
