M4A/Chapter Streaming - question from a professional radio station

My name is Jason Wohlstadter and I am owner of an online electronic
music radio station called Proton Radio (www.protonradio.com)

My question is this:

Apple recently released a piece of beta software called "Chapter
Tool". It is used to create enhanced Podcasts that contain additional
metadata, such as URLs and timecodes for tracks inside the podcast.

See: http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/faq.html
or Download: http://homepage.mac.com/applepodcast/podcasts/Resources/static/podcast_chapter_tool_beta.dmg

I want to stream this enhanced M4A file that Chapter Tool creates,
perhaps using Apple's Darwin streaming server or Quicktime Streaming
Server. The operators at Apple I spoke to forwarded me to Software Support,
Sales, and the Developer Connection and no one was able to answer this
question.

Any help reaching a team or individual who can assist me would be
greatly appreciated. I am a proud MacBook Pro owner, iTunes label
manager, and iTunes radio station director-- if that helps me get
through in any way :)

Thanks for your time guys, its much appreciated.
