How to change MJPEG B frame from interlaced to progressive

Now I use quicktime sdk to generate one mpeg b mov ,I met a problem ,I can’t find one function to set the frame as interlaced or progressive ,the default is interlaced ,but now I want to generate progressive frame ,how can I set it ? I had looked it for a few days ,but I can’t find now .
