While using the Compression Sequence API, SetCSequenceDataRateParams
can be used to set the data rate while performing compression. This
however doesnt work for H.264 encoder.
My question is :-
Is there a similar thing while using the ICM Compression Session API
introduced in QT 7 ? There are two properties that can be set :-
kICMCompressionSessionOptionsPropertyID_AverageDataRate
and
kICMCompressionSessionOptionsPropertyID_DataRateLimits
But that doesnt seem to be working either. What is the correct way to
set the datarate for the compressed movie file ?
