I'm reading out the supported pixel formats for various codecs through GetComponentPublicResource

I see ARGB or BGRA is never listed. I know every codec supports ARGB input, but what about BGRA - will every codec be able to process that too? Are there any performance hits for sending BGRA to a codec?
