MPEG2 woes

Hello,

After using my own frame time heuristic for MPEG2 movies for years I decided to give GetMovieNextInterestingTime a last chance.
So I meticulously made sure my MPEG2 movies have an offscreen GWorld, are active, and call MoviesTask once on them.
Result: stepping is now possible but excruciatingly slow.
For a 29.97 fps movie GetMovieNextInterestingTime gave me frame durations of 3005 on a time scale of 90000 plus a duration of 8 and one of 2 at the end.
OTOH using MediaGetNextStepTime gives me frame durations of 3000 and no weird short frames at the end.
Back to guessing frame durations...

PS. Who's idea was it to use time scale 90000 for 59.94 fps movies? Frame durations must alternate between 1501 and 1502 on this scale. Brrr.
