RE: Playing movies in sequence in full screen

Can use multiple tracks and ref each movie at a separate track, offsetting it appropriately. BTW, you could also try making a reference movie that just references the other ones, instead of really copying their media in the movie

 

 

 

I do this all the time, but I change tracks instead of changing movies.  Set up your first movie like you’re doing, but when you want to show the next movie, try adding the next movie as a track (with a lower track number) into the existing movie.  Take a look at the cut, copy, paste, insert editing samples, and some of the track manipulation samples to see how to do it.

I'm modifying the qtbigscreen.win sample code from Apple developer site for windows to play movies in full screen. I would like to play a movie until a certain time (determined by the user) and then open and play another movie. I call beginFullScreen to play the initial movie and use code from the
   'fromQTFrame_SaveAsMovieFile' to close the current movie and open a new movie. Although the new movie is technically being played in full screen
   mode, the video doesn't scale to full screen (it plays in the top-left
   corner against a black background). If I call endFullScreen and then beginFullScreen again after I load the
   new movie, the new movie scales and plays in full screen like I want, but the screen flickers or flashes every time this happens. Is there anyway to avoid this effect and still play several movies in full screen in sequence?
