Is it possible to convert a given media time (TimeValue) back to track time?
There are basic utilities to go from track time to media time, but I don't
see the converse? Nor can I find anything that talks about this...
I must be missing something obvious, but I have gone thru so many .h files
and web searchs, that I have to come up for air...
