Have a look at some of the past questions - there are certainly some
regarding using MovieExporters, and basically what you need to do is use
MovieExporter.getExportSettingsFromAtomContainer(), then alter the atoms
by hand (there should be previous posts about this as well), then call
MovieExporter.setExportSettingsFromAtomContainer(), and finally do the
MovieExporter.toFile() call. Have a look at the ImportExport example as
a starting point.
