yes

I'm trying to develop an application that receive video from RTSP/RTP server
and paint it. First, I tryied with QT, but I couldn't change the buffering of
3 seconds with that client. The next attempt is to develop an java
application with QTJava that do the same, but I wait that will be possible to
change buffering time. Is there any function in the QTJava API to change
buffering time?
