Just a quick reminder -- please don't put the archives on any public server
without getting permission from us first. We need to make sure that the
archives are properly protected from the spambots, and people who put up
unofficial archives create all sorts of problems with this.

If you download the archives for your use, that's fine. If you download the
archives and put them up for public access, we need to be in the loop to
make sure our requirements are met.
