What aspect of 'size' is different between these movies? What are you applying the matrices to, the movies or the tracks? What is the final product that you have come up with like? How is it unlike what you want?

And finally, are you sure that when you rescale these images, their concatenation will be appropriate visually? ie. if an image suddenly and seamlessly becomes smaller or larger, it will look like the playback has jumped, even if the playback is smooth.
