re: concatenating movies of different sizes

Hi Vickie, thanks for replying.

-the movies are of different sizes in that
movie.getBounds() returns different values
-I have so far tried applying the matrices to movies
only, not tracks
-to concatenate, I am using movie.setSelection() and
movie.pasteSelection()
-this is for a roughcut editor. the "final product"
isn't so important (it's ok if it flickers, etc),
since it is really a rough draft...the editor will
export an EDL for editing in a pro editor later.
-Ideally I'd like to give the user the choice of
scaling differently-sized clips up/down, or just
centering them. currently smaller clips show up in the
upper left corner of the concatenated movie.

-perhaps I am going about this the wrong way, should
be using tracks?
