how to change tuner channel

Hi all,

Having a blast learning Apple/QuickTime after years of Microsoft
development, but need help. I have a TV tuner card in my Windows 2000 PC. I
can do video capture and save the file to disk successfully. My problem is I
don't know how to change the tuner channel (ie. change from ABC on channel
12 to FOX on channel 11). Is this possible within QuickTime for Java?
