I've seen references to this in the archives, but either not clear
or not what I was looking for. I would like to add various graphics
to my movie and then create a new movie containing those graphics.
Kind of like adding a text track, only with graphics, possible
derived from java.awt.Image objects. Adding a watermark would be an
example.
Is there a way to do this with QTJ?
Thanks,
Alex
Everything is possible with QuickTime :-)
The simplest thing might be to create a QDGraphics (GWorld), draw
your watermark into it, then create a new video track, compress the
gworld, add a media sample whose duration is the whole movie. Set the
track's graphic mode so it has a transparent background. You'd then
have your watermark as a separate track which can be enabled or
disabled; to "burn" it in you'd need to export the movie and
recompress it.
