Just a clarifying question... does QTSession.close() work for ANYONE on
Windows? I thought the problems I was seeing on my emulated XP were an
edge case.
I found that it caused Java 1.5.0 to crash (worked fine in 1.4.2 and
earlier). Depending on how I rearranged the open()/close() calls, it
would cause Exceptions or crash on either the first or second time used.
I have just, however, tried moving the close() call to an
invokeLater()ed Runnable, and this has resolved the issue (for now).
I did noticed that if you call open() twice without first close()ing,
the next call to close() sometimes caused crashes.
It is also quite possible that whatever you are doing between the open()
and close() calls is what is causing your problem.
