I been looking at the "SGCapture" sample and it looks like what I want.

Reading the newest QT Javadoc it says the QTCanvas and SGDrawer are Deprecated, also this is said when I change the target java version from 1.3 in the sample to 1.4 using Tiger.

I have searched the archives and found the answer to look at QTFactory & QTComponent, so far I've only been able to play & view movie files from the disk, but what I want is to be able to view the webcam as in the sample.

I don't know what to do here.
