Re: How do I view MPEG-4 files in my QTJ Java app?

So, for QTJava for my Windows platform, what format do you suggest to make things seamless in terms of workflow? I'd like to just dump a file from a camera onto my laptop and then be able to view it using QTJava. As an aside, I also want to do some manipulation of the video frames in MATLAB. So, the IDEAL solution would be a format that eliminates the need for me to run video converters on the source for these various applications. Any ideas? This could help me decide which camcorder video technology to go with.

Thanks,

-Tom Polk

Yes, of course you're right.

that would be a MacOS X only potential solution... no luck for the
Windows environment quite likely.
