Wow very expensive service in Spain - I am paying $40 Canadian for 900k
down/120 k up. 45 Euros would be about $ 70 Canadian. I have read
articles that suggest that even $40 Canadian for a Canadian hook up is
excessive.

physical copper pair available only from the former telco monopoly (and
