Re: What's broadband to you?

Hi Folks

Beginning to think that Tom Peters ( Circle of Innovation etc. etc.) is right here. There have been a lot of excuses why broadband hasn't taken off. But its becoming obvious that the wrong people are running the show ( WorldCom etc. etc. ). Taking a page out of Peter's books - may be time to fire all of the upper management folks to get things moving.

We're paying approx. $25 CAN/Month for ADSL. (called "Mpowered" by the local
TelCo...) We're sharing it between 6 of us and I haven't noticed any
signifigant speed drops even when we're all pounding away on it. This is in
a small community (approx 5,000) in Nova Scotia, Canada. Pretty decent,
from what I'm hearing from the rest of the members on this list. I don't
know if I could even live without High-speed internet now! :)
