According to Motley Fool guys on National Public Radio (usa) - yesterdays
show. They said: Lucent laying off 50,000 more people - stock has dropped to
a dollar - bankruptcy next. That it will be bigger impact than Enron and
World.com combined.
Where did you hear this? I've checked several websites (CNN, Forbes,
Google search) and found nothing. There was an article last year on
Forbes about how Lucent called on their credit and a bunch of rumors
started going around that Lucent was going bankrupt that Lucent moved
quickly to dismiss.
