(OT) Re: Lucent Bites The Dust



oops should have been OT

Lucent was going to have a lot to do with broadband streaming. Taking a
major player out of the existing oligopoly controlling streaming can only
make it worse for those interested in streaming MPEG-4 (someday). At one
point Lucent was going to set a high quality pay per view real time
streaming service for small content producers.
