In pre-QT6 versions of plugin, movies opened by posters with HREF and
TARGET-myself attributes would not display the controller if
CONTROLLER=False was included in the EMBED tag for the poster. The
typical workaround was to add the parameters directly to the actual
movie (via PlugInHelper or other app).
The default behavior now seems to be that these movies WILL include the
controller without the aid of another tool.
Has anyone else discovered this?
