That was Oracle's Intermedia product.

It can parse QuickTime files, index QT Text tracks, etc. (It's leveraging
QT Java).
One of the main problems right now is getting the right metadata in the
databases. Luckily there are companies working on ways to auto-index video.
Not only are they indexing scene changes, they are indexing color patterns,
limited facial recognition, voice patterns, etc.
