QTverOS9.2 w/flash 5, problems?

Does anyone have any QT6 projects that work well in Mac OS X but not Mac OX 9.x?

I have a quite complex project with child movies and embedded flash 5 in flash tracks, including interaction between the flash and QT: setting variables, performing flash clicks, and flash that triggers custom actions.

I was developing this on Mac OS 9.2 and of course testing it on OS 9.2 up until a few months ago, when I switched to OS X... and now OS 10.2. I think that the switch to OS 10.2 coincided more or less with the addition of Flash elements.

Now I am finding that our project is no longer working with OS 9.2 (seems to be crashing many users' computers), and I am wondering if the embedded flash might have something to do with this.

Does anyone else have experience with projects that work with with OS 10 but not OS 9.x? Does Flash seem to have anything to do with it?

PS The project works well on QT6 for Windows, except for some cursor problems (flickery, hourglass doesn't go away) on Windows 2000/XP.
