Actually ProCoder has quite good RealMedia support as of 1.5.
The other great thing about ProCoder is it can natively parse QuickTime
in Y'CbCr mode, including reference movies. Whatever one might think of
QuickTime as a deliver format these days, it is unquestionably the best
authoring format, so I'm always glad when Windows tools support it natively
(which is the main reason I don't use Windows Media Encoder myself much).
