What codec did you use for the sound? There's a chance that the compressed sound's last packet is lasting longer than the video track. You could try selecting nothing at the end of the movie, then shift-left arrow select the empty video, and delete it (and hope the sound isn't cut off), or you could make the last frame last longer to bridge to gap.
